ARRCC revitalized a contemporary Cape Town home, originally designed by Antonio Zaninovic, by harmonizing new architectural additions with the existing structure and its natural surroundings. Key enhancements include a new garden pavilion and the transformation of an upper-level bedroom into a luxurious penthouse suite. The interiors were entirely reimagined, featuring a new enclosed wine room, while the exterior boasts an expansive terraced lawn. Throughout the project, ARRCC emphasized a dynamic interplay between modern architectural lines and the organic essence of the mountainside, strengthening the home's connection to the landscape and panoramic city views. When your resume includes design work on the Lamborghini Huracán, Bugatti Chiron and a couple of Koenigseggs, what next?

For Sasha Selipanov, it’s creating his own hypercar: the NILU.

This otherworldly wonder is a carbon-tubbed, V12-powered monster, with little to get in the way of the raw driving experience.

Which could be quite something, given the promise of a manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive, and that naturally aspirated 6.5-litre engine screaming out 1070hp at 11,000rpm.

But the remit of the NILU is to offer an unfiltered assault on all your senses, at all times, something Selipanov sums up as the “holy **** factor”. Meaning the exterior and interior design is as full-on as the design of mechanical hardware, with a stripped-back cabin, and an engine bay that clearly took one look at a Lamborghini Revuelto’s exposed V12 and said: “Hold my beer”.

Vini Jr. stepped up himself to convert from the spot, notching his fourth goal of the Champions League campaign so far.

The game got underway at an impressive pace, with both teams threatening the other's box. With just over half an hour gone, Reijnders let one fly from the edge of the box, only to be kept out by Lunin's diving stop. Our goalkeeper could do nothing about the goal that would make it 1-2 with 38 minutes on the clock, though. Leão got a shot off on the half-turn and Lunin did superbly once more to block thte shot, only for the ball to fall at the feet of Morata, who turned it into the back of the net. The scores would remain the same going into half-time, although Real Madrid did have a chance to level on 44’. Militão sent a ball in behind for Mbappé, who sprinted from inside his own half to go through one-on-one with Maignan, who saved the visitors once more.

The first stop of PWT 2024 is in the books, and what an unbelievable final! The hometown kid, Thomas Herman, made his way to the top of his very first PWT podium! He was followed close behind by the longtime vet and fan-favorite, Shota Tezuka. Taking third was none other than Luca Kidd, who will be a force to be reckoned with all season.

In Jr Pro Wakeboard, Shion Takaiwa reigned supreme once again, mixing his crazy tech tricks with an unbelievably fluid style.

Last, but not least, who else but Jett Shreds taking home the Pro Wakesurf division win. Jett starts off his defense of his overall title with a bang! Big thanks to @indyboatco and everybody in Indy for making this first stop one for the books!
