QUAD DAY WITH THE CREW!

This video is a quad focused leg day with my boys on as special guests: 2X 212 Mr. Olympia Shaun Clarida and Ivan Burdman.

Training camp was in session this week as the gang was all back together pushing one another to be the best version of ourselves.

Big season of preparation for the fam right now as Shaun is getting ready for the Olympia, Ivan is prepping for his first NPC show and I’m in route to the Pro Debut.

Just a real and raw session doing what I love with who I love.
