Welcome to the beautiful Lençóis Maranhenses in Brazil. When I saw this place for the first time I didn't believe it was real. But.. I knew that I had to create a new melodic house mix there.

The journey to film this mix involved hours and hours on the back of dune buggies, clinging to my gear and hoping it would all end up ok. Praying that my batteries would last, that sand wouldn't clog up the jog wheels, and the drone wouldn't get blown away.

It ended up being one of my favorite mixes I've ever created. I can't put into words the joy I feel when I'm making a mix for you guys. I really feel in flow and at home. This mix was also the first time I played one of my own tracks too. I hope you guys enjoy this melodic house mix (by yours truly, Phikey). Some beautiful tracks by Bonobo, Tinlicker, Modera, Leo Lauretti, Parallel Voices, Eli & Fur and many others.

So happy to see you guys enjoying the videos so much. We are in an absolutely stunning location in Catalina Island. So happy to see you guys enjoying the last few videos so much. These drone shots of the water and yachts made for such a cool filming experience. This was by far one of the coolest locations I have been to. We had to take a ferry over from Los Angeles, California. Bringing the equipment over was a challenge itself. I got some more vlog content from this trip too. im really thankful for all support i am getting, for this mix i got inspired by the energy i felt in the jungle at hawaii when i was on the kauai island and also when i was at brunch festival in barcelona listening to black coffee.
there has been a lot of people dming me lately it has probably been around a 100 people and all of you are so positive, it means a lot. i had a chance to get into deeper conversations with some of you, you guys are amazing, from all around the world with different cultures, stories but same music taste what brings us together into the same room. i was thinking of you know tryna get some gigs and do some house parties at my house to see if i like doing this for people but last few months have really been fun for me, ever since i stopped playing basketball professionally and decided to study psychology and architecture.
